The Impact of Technological, Organizational, Environmental on SME Fashion Performance Mediated by Social Media Adoption During Covid-19 in DKI Jakarta
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are considered the most crucial foundations of the Indonesian economy due to their capacity to provide employment to a significant number of individuals and their resilience in the face of intense business rivalry and economic turmoil within the nation. The Covid-19 pandemic poses a notable challenge to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. This research aims to demonstrate the impact of technological, organizational, and environmental factors on the performance of MSMEs by means of utilizing social media platforms.
By exploring how MSMEs utilize social media platforms to enhance their performance, the research directly addresses the goal of promoting sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, as well as full and productive employment. MSMEs play a crucial role in providing employment opportunities, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia, and understanding the factors that influence their performance can contribute to fostering a more conducive environment for economic growth and job creation.
