EES (Employability and Entrepreneur Skill) merupakan sekelompok keterampilan utama sebagai pelengkap core competition (hard skill) yang sudah dipelajari di masing-masing program studi, guna memperispkan lulusan Universitas Bina Nusantara bekerja di perusahaan, institusi, komunitas, lembaga atau berwirausaha.
