The Effect Of Work-Life Balance And Job Satisfaction On The Organizational Commitment Of PT. Putra Bintang Sembada Field Employees
This study focuses on examining the influence of Work-Life Balance (WLB) and Job Satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees at PT Putra Bintang Sembada. The research aims to analyze the individual effects of WLB and Job Satisfaction on organizational commitment, as well as the combined impact of both factors. By exploring these relationships, the study seeks to provide insights into how these variables contribute to enhancing employees’ commitment to the organization, offering valuable information for improving workplace dynamics and overall employee engagement at the company.
To align the study with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, the research emphasizes the importance of creating a work environment that supports a balance between professional and personal life, as well as fostering job satisfaction. By analyzing the effects of Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on organizational commitment, this study contributes to the development of sustainable work environments where employees are motivated, engaged, and committed. These efforts support the creation of a productive and equitable workplace, which is essential for fostering sustainable economic growth and promoting well-being in the workforce. Additionally, it contributes to SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, as it highlights the importance of reducing work-related stress and improving mental health through a balanced work environment.
