The study aims the connection between Internal Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) initiatives and employee commitment at PT. VUCLIP Digital Indonesia. By evaluating variables such as Human Rights (Hak Asasi Manusia), Work-Life Balance, and ICSR Training & Development, the study aims to uncover how these factors influence employees’ affective commitment to the organization. The findings suggest that ICSR activities that respect human rights and promote work-life balance contribute positively to employees’ emotional connection with their workplace. This study highlights the importance of internal corporate responsibility in fostering a motivated and committed workforce, which is crucial for long-term organizational success.

 

Through its exploration of ICSR training and development, the study aligns with SDG 4 by focusing on enhancing employees’ skills and capabilities. By providing learning and development opportunities, the company can support lifelong learning and career growth for its workforce, ensuring employees continue to evolve and contribute to the organization’s success. It Also addresses SDG 10 by examining how ICSR practices that respect human rights contribute to reducing inequality in the workplace. By focusing on fair treatment, equal opportunities, and promoting diversity, the research supports efforts to create an inclusive and equitable work environment for all employees, regardless of their background. And also SDG 12 by encouraging companies to adopt ethical corporate practices and integrate sustainability into their operations. By promoting corporate responsibility, including resource management and waste reduction in business processes, companies can contribute to a more sustainable future while improving employee satisfaction and commitment.
