Concurrently, these women encounter a range of obstacles stemming from both external and internal influences. This research seeks to enhance understanding regarding the influence of family backing on company performance and the well-being of owners, facilitated by the enrichment of family-to-work dynamics among female entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>While self-service technologies can improve efficiency, there&#8217;s a potential concern about job displacement in customer service roles.
