Key Responsibilities
Faculty Member Activities
- Teaching:
- Guide students in learning core and applied knowledge.
- Assist and evaluate students’ progress.
- Research:
- Participate and propose new research projects.
- Publish findings, aspiring toward national or international recognition.
- Community Service:
- Contribute actively to community service programs.
Laboratory Course Management
- Coordinate teaching processes in the lab, ensuring:
- Course review, textbook selection, and outcome assessment.
- Creation of operational guides and resources.
Content Development & Evaluation
- Maintain academic quality across all courses in assigned areas.
- Update and review course materials, assignments, and exams.
- Oversee peer reviews, reporting regularly to department heads.
- Suggest updates for outdated materials and mentor colleagues on course development.
Teaching Operational Activities
- Ensure lab functionality, including:
- Designing handbooks, scheduling, and assistant management.
- Developing materials, preparing labs for competitions, and overseeing non-tuition revenue activities.
Management Support
- Provide regular reports and improvement suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum academic rank of Assistant Expert (Asisten Ahli).
- 2+ years of teaching experience required.

Job Position 2: Laboratory Assistant (Bachelor’s Level) – 2 Positions Available
About the Role
Be part of a team that values passion and dedication! This role is focused on providing effective assistance in laboratory teaching activities and supporting management tasks to enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching Assistance
- Conduct scheduled teaching assistance for lab sessions.
- Record student attendance for each lab session.
- Support subject coordinators in creating exam questions, projects, assignments, and practicum assessments.
- Assist with grading for lab activities, ensuring evaluation standards and deadlines are met.
- Organize and execute lab assistance effectively.
- Attend training sessions to enhance practicum preparation skills and complete the Test of Progressive for Assistant (TPA).
- Guide new assistants in training and recruitment.
- Participate in Research Interest Group (RIG) projects as scheduled.
Management Support
- Provide regular reports to the supervisor.
- Suggest improvements for lab processes, focusing on time, effort, and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to Quality Management System initiatives.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Education Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma Degree (D3) or a current university student in their 6th semester.
Experience Requirements
- No prior work experience is required.
