Padatnya arus kendaraan menjadi salah satu penyebab kemacetan, apalagi jika sistem tol belum bisa mengenali jenis kendaraan secara otomatis. Membantu sistem lalu lintas menjadi lebih pintar, mempercepat antrian di gerbang tol, dan pada akhirnya mengurangi kemacetan di Indonesia.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"853\">\ud83e\udd16 Apa Itu ResNet50 dan Bagaimana Cara Kerjanya?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"1015\">ResNet50 adalah model kecerdasan buatan berbasis jaringan saraf dalam (deep neural network) yang sangat andal dalam menganalisis gambar.<br data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"994\" \/>Dalam penelitian ini:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1341\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1077\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1077\">Kami mengumpulkan foto kendaraan di gerbang tol Indonesia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1174\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1174\">Gambar dikelompokkan menjadi empat kategori: <strong data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1132\">bus<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1143\">mobil<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1153\">truk<\/strong>, dan <strong data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1173\">pickup\/van<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1255\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1255\">Gambar diproses (resize, normalisasi, augmentasi) sebelum dimasukkan ke model.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1341\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1341\">Model ResNet50 dilatih menggunakan <strong data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1304\">PyTorch<\/strong> dan diuji untuk mengukur akurasinya.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1375\">\ud83d\udcca Hasil yang Memuaskan<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1407\">Hasilnya sangat menjanjikan!<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1827\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1558\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1558\">Akurasi model kami dalam klasifikasi kendaraan mencapai antara <strong data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1497\">93,13% hingga 99,48%<\/strong> saat pelatihan, dan <strong data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1542\">83,44% hingga 95,19%<\/strong> saat pengujian.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1696\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1696\">Model kami lebih baik dibandingkan metode sebelumnya, terutama dalam mengenali kendaraan di kondisi cahaya rendah (seperti malam hari).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1827\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1827\">Tantangan utama tetap ada di kondisi low-light, tapi model ini sudah menunjukkan performa yang sangat kuat di berbagai skenario.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1851\">\ud83c\udfaf Kesimpulan<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1918\">Dengan akurasi yang tinggi, teknologi ini berpotensi besar untuk:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"2079\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"1976\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"1976\">Mengoptimalkan pengelolaan lalu lintas di gerbang tol.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"2015\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"2015\">Mengurangi antrean dan waktu tunggu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2079\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2018\" data-end=\"2079\">Mendukung pengembangan <strong data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2065\">smart traffic system<\/strong> di Indonesia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2258\">Masih dibutuhkan penyempurnaan untuk skenario ekstrim seperti malam hari atau cuaca buruk, tetapi langkah awal ini sangat positif untuk membawa inovasi nyata dalam transportasi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2366\">\ud83d\udccc <em data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2366\">Dengan teknologi seperti ini, masa depan jalanan yang lebih lancar dan efisien bukan lagi mimpi.<\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Sumber: Penelitian Dosen dan Mahasiswa PJJ CS<\/p>\n<p>Editor: Pandu Dwi Luhur Pambudi, S.Kom., M.Kom., M.I.M<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>#BINUSRESEARCHPOINT #TEKNIKINFORMATIKA #COMPUTERSCIENCE #BINUS #BINUSUNIVERSITY<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oleh: Muhammad Fitra Kacamarga, S.Kom., M.T.I.
