Biography:
Ts. Dr. Koo Ah-Choo is a Professor at the Centre for Interaction and Experience Design, CoE for Immersive Experience and an academic in the Faculty of Creative Multimedia, Multimedia University. Her specializations are in design research in creative multimedia and digital innovations for education and students’ wellbeing. With a Ph.D. in Educational Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Computers with Education, she has dedicated over 26 years to teaching and research in technology-enhanced learning, media content creation, wellness, and sustainable urban development. She received her B.Sc. (Hons) from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and her PhD from MMU. Recent years, she involves in numerous projects of web-based interactive technology, animation, and video technology to create some design artefacts together with her co-researchers. And now her research is examining the use of online interactive technology which also includes AI for media creations and media impact for higher education students.
