EES <em>(Employability and Entrepreneur Skill)<\/em> merupakan sekelompok keterampilan utama sebagai pelengkap <em>core competition<\/em> <em>(hard skill)<\/em> yang sudah dipelajari di masing-masing program studi, guna memperispkan lulusan Universitas Bina Nusantara bekerja di perusahaan, institusi, komunitas, lembaga atau berwirausaha. Delapan keterampilan utama <em>(soft skill) <\/em>dalam EES berdasarkan BINUS <em>Graduate Attributes<\/em> yang terdiri dari <em>applied management skills<\/em>, <em>adaptability<\/em>, <em>initiative<\/em>, <em>social awareness<\/em>, <em>growth mindset<\/em>, <em>technology<\/em> <em>&amp;<\/em> <em>digital fluency<\/em>, <em>collaboration<\/em>, dan <em>critical &amp; creative thinking<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Melalui Enrichment Program, Mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memperoleh pengetahuan baru, memperoleh EES (Employability and Entrepreneur Skill), serta mempraktekkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang sudah dimiliki.
