The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the organization. In response to these circumstances, companies are required to adhere to government regulations mandating work from home. Consequently, productivity has decreased as many companies and employees are ill-prepared to navigate these conditions. With 5 million workers facing layoffs, the World Health Organization (WHO) has highlighted on its official website that the shift to working from home can lead to fatigue, depression, and potentially even incidents of domestic violence. Working remotely from home can have adverse effects on the mental and physical wellbeing of employees, which in turn will undoubtedly influence the quality of their work and their level of commitment. The objective of this research is to address issues related to employee loyalty and identify the factors that impact it.

By identifying these issues and exploring solutions to mitigate them, the research contributes to promoting mental health and well-being at work.
