The Effect of Internal Service Quality on Job Performance Mediated by Job Satisfaction, Employee Well Being, and Job Commitment on PT TASPEN (PERSERO)

The research focuses on the importance of quality human resources in companies. It states that having good and qualified human resources is a key desire for any company. Effective human resource management (HRM) is essential for achieving this goal. The study aims to investigate how internal service quality affects job satisfaction, employee well-being, and job commitment, and how these factors in turn impact job performance at PT. Taspen (Persero).
