The rising quantity of female entrepreneurs in Indonesia has significantly impacted nearly every business sector, contributing to economic development and emerging as a valuable asset for Indonesia. Concurrently, these women encounter a range of obstacles stemming from both external and internal influences. This research seeks to enhance understanding regarding the influence of family backing on company performance and the well-being of owners, facilitated by the enrichment of family-to-work dynamics among female entrepreneurs.

 

 

 

While self-service technologies can improve efficiency, there’s a potential concern about job displacement in customer service roles. If designed inclusively, self-service technologies like myIM3 can make services more accessible to a wider range of customers, potentially reducing inequalities in access to information and communication technologies (ICT).
